Who We Are?

Core BI Solutions is based in Clearwater, Florida and Pune, India and was established in May 2023.  We specialize in delivering high quality lead generation and other sales enabling functions for the life sciences services industry at highly affordable rates. 

Originally established as a back office for CoreRx Pharma in May 2021, our parent company quickly realized the value proposition of various value-added services that were being provided, and wanted to evolve this business to serve other companies in the industry.  The exciting journey for CoreBISolutions began!

Our primary service offering in lead generation is proven to help clients across industries such as CDMOs, CROs, Medical Devices, Analytical Testing Labs, Clinical Services, and Pharma/Biotech  (and beyond!).  We help our clients find greater sales success by helping them bring in more qualified leads and create a strong pipeline of opportunities through proven expertise-driven lead generation approaches.  We support sales teams through cold calling, face-to-face customer meeting setup, customer meeting preparation and intelligence gathering, building territory roadmaps, and many other support functions.  It’s not a ‘one-size fits all’ approach — our approach is proven to increase your sales pipeline in a way that works with the style and culture of your organization.

Ajay Damani

Chief Executive Officer

Ajay Damani, CEO of Group CoreRx and Board member since October 2021, has 20+ years in life sciences, specializing in sales, marketing, M&A, licensing, and product development. He led Adare Pharmaceuticals' Pharmaceutical Technologies unit and played a key role in Capsugel's Global Pharmaceutical Business Development, overseeing commercial integration after its acquisition by Lonza. Ajay holds dual degrees from the University of Pennsylvania in Engineering and Applied Science and the Wharton School of Business.

Board Member

With over 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Nailesh Bhatt is a serial entrepreneur, serving as the Founder and CEO of VGYAAN Pharmaceuticals and the Founder and Managing Director of Proximare, a strategic advisory firm. His entrepreneurial journey includes founding BulkDrugs.com. Nailesh has held various roles at companies like Sidmak Laboratories, SEPPIC, and Arthur Andersen. Currently, he is a Board member for Azurity Pharmaceuticals, CoreRx Pharma, Spectra Medical Devices, Sonnet BioTherapeutics (NASDAQ: SONN), and VGYAAN Pharmaceuticals.

Aniket Manathkar

General Manager

Aniket is a seasoned techno-commercial expert, boasts 14+ years in the bio-pharmaceutical industry, excelling in Business Development, and R&D. He has earned his B. Pharmacy in India, a Master's in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Greenwich, UK, and an International Executive MBA from United Business Institutes, Belgium. With a diverse career spanning start-ups to Big-Pharma in India, he previously led the Inside Sales Team at Syngene International, promoting global drug discovery and manufacturing services. Aniket's expertise encompasses a broad portfolio, including CRAMS, drug discovery, compliance, and project management, complemented by a passion for travel, and financial management.
